How we used AI in these photos

10 of 11 photos retouched with AI: 5 edited, marked on the photo; 5 in light and colour only. The viewing remains the only reference.

How we edited them

The photographs in this listing were taken in the flat: the interiors date from March 2018, the kitchen from February 2022 and the façade of the building from March 2022. 10 of the 11 published photographs have been edited with a generative image model (the Nano Banana family by Google, used through the Higgsfield platform), for two purposes only: to correct light and exposure and to remove a few small everyday objects. In 5 of these 10 photographs the following were removed: an ornament, two power strips, some loose cables with their plugs, a pen holder, magazines and books leaning on the bookcase, towels, a soap dispenser, a mug and a small bowl; in the other 5 (the kitchen, two views of the bedroom and two of the bathroom) nothing was removed, but these too have been entirely reprocessed by the model. All furniture, pictures, lamps, rugs and cushions, the toilet roll on its holder, and everything visible in the room next to the study, were deliberately left in place. Where an object was removed, the part of the wall, floor or furniture it was hiding was not photographed: the model reconstructed it in a plausible way; this also applies to the wall sockets in the study from which plugs were removed. Nothing else has been changed: dimensions, ceiling heights, openings, floors, windows and doors, services and finishes are as photographed, and no defect has been reduced or hidden: the yellowed grout of the bathroom floor has been left as it is. The photograph of the façade has not been touched by artificial intelligence. Light and colour have been corrected as in ordinary photo retouching. The original, unedited photographs are available on request; a viewing remains the only reliable reference for the actual condition of the property.

The video at the top of the listing. Video generated with AI (Kling model, via Higgsfield) from photographs in this property's gallery, with the AI edits described in their captions: the camera movements are synthetic, not real footage. The video has no sound.
