Description

Ground-floor flat in Largo Promontorio, in the central area of Trieste, with a cadastral floor area of 55 m².

The living room and the kitchen take their light from a continuous row of windows with Venetian blinds, looking out onto the trees; the lower panes are frosted. The kitchen has white units, an oven, recessed spotlights and a breakfast bar. The living room and the bedroom have pale wood-effect flooring.

From the living room you go through to a bedroom, which also has a window onto the trees.

The bathroom has a window, two countertop basins on a wall-hung vanity unit with wall-mounted taps, a shower with a glass screen and rain shower head, a wall-hung toilet and bidet, and a heated towel rail. The floor and the shower walls are tiled in grey.

Energy class B. The flat is available immediately.

How we used AI in these photos

7 of 10 photos retouched with AI and marked on the photo: 4 edited and 3 simulations. Defects have been left visible. The viewing remains the only reference.

How we edited them

The photographs in this listing were taken in the flat with a DSLR camera in October 2015. 7 of the 10 published photographs have been edited with a generative image model (Google's Nano Banana family, used through the Higgsfield platform), for one purpose only: to remove small items that were out of place and to make the bed. Removed: the TV cables (in all three photos of the living room) and a small object on a shelf in the living room; a bottle of washing-up liquid and a small object on the kitchen worktop; the towel and the toilet roll (in both photos of the bathroom) and the soap dish in the bathroom; the plastic wrapping of the pillows in the bedroom, where the bare mattress has been covered with a white sheet and white pillowcases (also in the two glimpses of the bedroom seen from the living room). All furniture and fittings were deliberately left in place: sofa, bed, tables, chairs, wall unit and bookcase, television, pendant lamp, pictures, sanitaryware and bathroom accessories. Where an item was removed, the part of the wall, floor or furniture it was hiding was not photographed: the model reconstructed it plausibly. In the bathroom this also applies to the wall behind the towel (rendered plain: we do not know whether there are marks there), to the section of the towel holder covered by the towel (the model reconstructed it with the same shape in both photos, but its exact shape has not been verified), to the right-hand side of the bidet mixer body (the pop-up drain rod, behind the spout, is photographed; a small lever the model had added on the side has been removed) and to the arm of the toilet-roll holder covered by the roll; in the second photo of the bathroom the plate and the arm of the toilet-roll holder were also covered by the towel: there the holder has been brought back with a local retouch to the shape photographed in the other bathroom photo, in the position of the two chrome balls visible in the original photo; in the first photo of the bathroom the chrome ball at the tip of the toilet-roll holder, which the model had altered, has been put back with a local retouch. The oval end cap of the towel holder, visible above the towel, which the model had turned into a round tube, has been brought back with a local retouch to the photographed shape and chrome; the part the towel was covering is reconstructed. Nothing else has been changed: dimensions, ceiling heights, openings, floors, windows and doors, systems and finishes are as photographed, and no defect has been toned down or hidden: the grey marks on the bathroom plaster, top right next to the towel holder, and the marks on the grey tiles behind the shower glass are the ones photographed, as is the small dark mark on the bedroom wall, above the window, seen from the living room (the retouch had made it sharper and it has been brought back to the contrast of the original photo). Where the model had redrawn these marks or added a reflection in the shower glass, the original photograph has been put back. The views from the windows are the ones photographed: in the AI-edited photos the model recalculated them together with the rest of the image, and where it had almost erased or washed them out (in one photo of the bathroom and one of the living room), the original photograph has been put back inside the window pane. Light and colour have been corrected as in any normal photo retouch; the photo of the dining table and the two details (the pendant lamp with the picture, and the bathroom tap) received only this correction, without generative AI. The original, unedited photographs are available on request; a viewing remains the only reliable reference for the actual condition of the property.

The video at the top of the listing. Video generated with AI (Kling model, via Higgsfield) from photographs in this property's gallery, with the AI edits described in their captions: the camera movements are synthetic, not real footage. The video has no sound. Some of those photos are simulations: the video also shows the elements AI added.
