How we used AI in these photos
8 of 11 photos retouched with AI: 3 edited, marked on the photo; 5 in light and colour only. The viewing remains the only reference.
How we edited them
The 11 photographs in this listing were taken with a smartphone on 14/10/2025. 8 of the 11 published photographs went through a generative image model (Google's Nano Banana family, used via the Higgsfield platform), in a limited way. In five of them (one of the two photographs of the living room, the kitchen, the pergola, one of the two of the bathroom and the hallway) only the distribution of light was taken from the model, as a soft layer over the photo, with a single colour-temperature correction: the photograph is the original shot, brightened with that light. In the other three the same light was taken and the model also removed a few everyday objects: a remote control, a tray of sweets and a small dish from the chest under the television; a tray and a placemat from the dining table; the soap dispenser and a small cup from the bathroom washbasin. Only in those areas, between 0.7% and 1.1% of each image, do the pixels come from the model; the rest is the original photograph. Where an object was removed, what it was hiding was not photographed: the model reconstructed it plausibly — the top of the chest and the lace runner, the table top, the washbasin top and its reflection in the mirror. All the paintings and prints, the lamps, the objects on the kitchen island and worktop (tray with cups, bottles, diffuser, basket, soap dispenser and kitchen roll), the toilet roll, the bin and the mat in the bathroom, and in the garden the hose coiled on the wall basin, the watering can, the firewood and the pots were deliberately left. Nothing else was changed: dimensions, heights, openings, floors, windows and doors, fittings and finishes are as photographed, and no defect has been softened or hidden — the irregularities and marks on the plaster, the exposed flexible hood duct above the wall units, the chipped enamel of the wall basin, the stone walls with their joints, the garden as it was in October and the utility pole with its wires in front of the house remain as they are. In the windows the view is the one in the shot, at most brightened evenly: artificial intelligence did not touch it. Three exterior photographs (the garden with the path, the side of the house and the entrance from the street) only have light and colour corrected, without generative AI; one photograph of the dining area was cropped slightly at the left and top to leave out a mirror. The photographs do not show the bedroom, which can only be glimpsed through the door from the hallway. Light and colour were corrected as in a normal photo retouch. The original, unmodified photographs are available on request; the viewing remains the only reference for the actual condition of the property.
The video at the top of the listing. AI animation of eight gallery photos: five retouched with AI, three corrected only for light and colour. It is not video footage of the house.
Estimate
What it costs to move in
The tenant's bill: what you pay once when signing and what the home really costs each month. Where the listing lacks a figure, we say so and estimate with standard rules.
