Local rent agreement of 15 December 2025
From 16 December 2025 new leases follow the agreement of 15 December 2025. The agreement of 14 December 2022 still applies to leases signed earlier, including those tacitly renewed or extended: in that case enter the date of the original lease.
Which zone is the property in?
The 2025 agreement identifies its four homogeneous zones through the OMI zones of the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate). Choose the OMI zone of the address: if you don’t know it, you can read it on the GEOPOI map.
On the boundary between two zones, or where doubt remains, the zone with the higher maximum applies.
