Description
Furnished one-bedroom flat on the third floor of a 1960s residential complex on Viale dell'Ippodromo, in a semi-central part of Trieste: 45 m² cadastral floor area, in a building with a lift.
The entrance leads into the living room, set apart by a curved divider of wooden slats. It has a sofa, a table for two, a wall-mounted television on a wooden panel and a kitchenette with wall units, extractor hood, hob, sink and under-counter fridge. The dropped ceiling has spotlights and a central panel in decorative stucco.
The bedroom has a double bed, a mirrored wardrobe with sliding doors, a sideboard and an orange stucco feature wall. A French window opens onto the balcony, which faces the complex's leafy inner courtyard.
The bathroom has a window, a shower enclosure, a wall-hung vanity unit and a washing machine. There is parquet throughout, bathroom included. There is central heating, with heat cost allocators on the radiators. Energy class E (EPgl,nren 66.20 kWh/m² per year).
The flat is let furnished and is available from 30 July 2027.
How we used AI in these photos
11 of 15 photos retouched with AI: 10 edited, marked on the photo; 1 in light and colour only. The viewing remains the only reference.
How we edited them
A note on the use of artificial intelligence in the photographs. The photographs in this listing were taken with a phone in the flat and in the building on 18 June 2026. 11 of the 15 published photographs were edited with a generative image model (Google's Nano Banana family, used through the Higgsfield platform) for one purpose only: to remove the few personal items left in the rooms and to make the pictures brighter. The following were removed: remote controls, a soap dispenser and a bar of soap with its dish, folded towels on the washing machine, a toilet roll, a small tab of protective film on the television, and the photographer's reflections in the TV screen and in the glass of the French window. In the two photographs of the bedroom the creased duvet has been smoothed, without changing the size of the bed. Almost everything was removed by the model; the film tab in the first photograph and the toilet roll were removed by local retouching: for the roll, the wall inside the frame of the roll holder comes from a second pass of the model, from which a small bar the model had invented was erased by hand. All the furniture, the canal picture, the lamps, the rugs, the bathroom runner and the living-room sockets with the plug and the white TV cable were deliberately left in place. Where an object was removed, the part of the wall, floor or furniture it was hiding was not photographed: the model reconstructed it plausibly; the same applies to the duvet, the top of the washing machine, the wall inside the roll-holder frame and the TV screen, which is now a uniform black (in two photographs the small brand label at the bottom has gone too). Where the model had redrawn something that is really there, the original photograph was put back: the sockets with the plug and TV cable in the living room, the fridge's brand name in both photographs where it can be read, the badge on the cooker hood, the sink overflow and the radiator valve in the kitchenette, the canal picture (in one photograph, where it is seen at an angle between the slats, only the central part), the radiator with its heat meter and the roll holder in the bathroom, and the control panel and sticker of the washing machine. Only the brand lettering of the washing machine in one bathroom photograph, where the machine is seen edge-on at the border, is still the model's rewriting. Nothing else was altered: dimensions, ceiling heights, openings, floors, windows and doors, services and finishes are as photographed, and no defect has been softened or hidden: the stone cladding of the loggia, marked and stained, with holes in the slabs, has been left as it is. The view over the courtyard from the loggia, the facade and the two photographs of the communal areas did not go through artificial intelligence; in the other photographs the views through the windows were checked one by one and show the same buildings as photographed, with the fine detail reconstructed by the model. Light and colour were corrected as in ordinary photo editing, including the pinkish cast the model had added. The original, unedited photographs are available on request; a viewing remains the only reliable reference for the actual condition of the property.
The video at the top of the listing. Video generated with AI (Kling model, via Higgsfield) from photographs in this property's gallery, with the AI edits described in their captions: the camera movements are synthetic, not real footage. The video has no sound.
